What a location page represents
Our state and city pages represent commercial and industrial project coverage in a market. A city page does not mean we operate a physical office, crew base, or warehouse in that city. We do not publish local office claims unless a location is verified.
How markets are selected
Markets are chosen from the regions where we take commercial and industrial project work, weighted toward areas with relevant building stock such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, metal buildings, and larger commercial facilities.
How availability works
Whether we can take a specific project depends on the building type, scope, scheduling, and mobilization to the site. Coverage in a market is not a promise of immediate local availability.
Jurisdiction and code
The applicable energy code, permitting authority, and project requirements are confirmed for the actual building and jurisdiction during estimating, not assumed from the location page.
